Porous concrete solid roof as a tent roof for a city villa

Thank you very much for the answers. We are initially switching from a tent roof to a hipped roof and are planning a corresponding knee wall height of approximately 80 cm. That should be sufficient for our plan to set up a large office in the attic floor, even without additional expensive dormers. We will gather further information about the solid roof, such as how much the additional costs would be and whether these are worthwhile due to better indoor climate and heat storage capacity.
