Poroton T12 stones exterior wall

Evening,
Our house construction company wants to build the exterior masonry with an unfilled Poroton T12, 36.5 cm thick. The exterior plaster should consist of a lime-cement plaster with a thickness of 1.5 to 2 cm, and a 2 mm synthetic resin plaster should be applied on top. The interior wall plaster should be a gypsum machine plaster.
Is this sufficient for today's standards? Or should one prefer another Poroton brick?

Not counting the plaster, this results in a U-value of 0.311. I find it very hard to believe that this is sufficient. From T9 onwards it becomes more realistic. You can find the exact specification in the [Wärmeschutznachweis].

We also apply "mineral noble plaster" with T12 Poroton inside and outside.

If you can still make changes, I would consider whether a filled T9, etc., might be an option after all. Maybe also regarding the aspect of sound insulation.

T12 is no longer up-to-date.
Filled bricks only make sense with increased sound insulation requirements.
The additional cost does not amortize from an energy perspective.
S9 is the most economical option.
