Does anyone have experience or can even recommend a Polish company? The reputation regarding price and quality is very good, at least from what I have heard. Since we are already spending enough money on the house, the outdoor facilities should at least be somewhat cheaper (yes, Poland has also become much more expensive - but still much cheaper than Germany, as far as I know). Thanks to the building site in Dresden, it’s not too far away either.

The following should be done:

~30m2 terrace (including approx. 3.5x4.5m roof)
~50m2 wooden carport (approx. 9x5.5m, so just not requiring a permit)
~75m2 driveway/path paved
~40-100m fence with garden gate (1.6-1.8m chain link is sufficient)

Does anyone here have experience? Even if it doesn’t fit, feel free to post your projects/prices with the neighbors here, so I can get a feel for the costs. Thank you very much!!

If it turns out to be too expensive, part of it could of course be done as DIY. But even then, the price for the materials "over there" should be much lower, right?

Terrace + driveway + house entrance + splash protection? It cost us 11,000 (but the terrace is only about 16m²)
Carport 3.40 x 8.80 with tool shed (Brüning Carport) here only 30 m² allowed 4,200

Fence costs no money, you can only save here if you have everything done by one source and thereby reduce labor costs.

So I will pay 6500 euros for a carport, 6.30 by 8.00, all reasonable connections without angles, 16 squared timbers. With storage room 3.00 by 3.00, right side completely closed with boarding. Roof trapezoidal sheet in desired color. Ceiling underneath also completely boarded and painted. Carport painted in 2 colors including assembly and concrete. I estimate at least 11000 euros in Germany. Fence double rod mesh 45 m, anthracite, 1.26 high. With gate 1.00, and floating sliding gate 3.50 with drive and light barrier, door intercom system and mailbox 4700 euros. For the ma

Thanks for the prices! And are those Polish companies? At least Brüning Carport is not. But I'm surprised how inexpensive the carport is...
"I wouldn't say the fence costs no money," I've already seen prices here that made me feel sick.

We had planned 25,000 for everything, which is too much. If possible, we would put in a maximum of 15,000 (of course preferably less) and do the rest ourselves.

That really sounds affordable and almost exactly like what we are looking for! Carport including concrete, does that mean with floor? Or what is the concrete for?

But if you say "I will pay," you haven't built it yet? Where does your trust in the company come from? It really sounds very attractive price-wise.

You can gladly send me the contact, I would like to take a look.
