Polish outdoor facilities experiences?

Although Hammer is always a gamble. I think he wants positive experiences from forum users to protect himself.

I created the thread back then and had the following done by Poland:

~30m2 terrace (including approx. 3.5x4.5m roof)
~50m2 wooden carport (approx. 9x5.5m, so just below the threshold for requiring a permit)
~75m2 driveway/path paving

In the end, the terrace became 10m2 larger, and the paving was 15m2 more. In addition, a small wall was added, but the fence construction was dropped (I did that myself).

After 2 years, I would like to share my experiences, but despite sending the affidavit + contract documents (which are required here), I received a warning and my report was deleted. Does anyone know who I can contact?

With Polish craftsmen it’s the same as with Germans. You can be lucky or not. It helps if you speak the language.

For our new build we are having done: - interior and exterior doors - terrace - fence - kitchen (cabinet maker) - probably also bathrooms

Sure, after 3-4 years of court proceedings they may be reachable and in the best case even liable, provided there are sufficient assets. There are certainly still honorable craftsmen who stand by their work, but unfortunately also many who just want to make money and pull out all the stops as soon as they have produced crap and are called upon for it..... But in doing so, they follow the new guiding culture.
