The red building in the middle would be our house. The hall is outlined in black lines, it will all be demolished, parking spaces will also be removed. At the top right, the black building is the one that extends too far down. The blue line would be at 13.5m here in the sketch. In reality, however, it is only 12.5m according to my measurement on site. They have now insulated and clad the building. Either that accounts for the one-meter difference, which I cannot imagine, or the surveyor made a measurement error.

I still do not see a property boundary. Could it be that this entire property is to be divided? And if so, where?

Don't you see the red lines?

Yes, I do. But at the top right, the red line surrounds the building... it's a so-called "full boundary development," if one believes that the red line is supposed to represent a property boundary - which I, however, consider nonsensical ;)

That's exactly how it looks, this is a boundary construction on two sides; this house has its garden/window area on the other two sides (right, top). This building is fully brick-faced without windows at the bottom and left and is also 3.5m high. That's the problem because, according to this site plan, we are supposed to buy the property. There is supposed to be a 6.5m distance to this rear wall from our building (the red Type B in the middle), but since I measured today, the distance will now be 5.5m because the part actually takes up 1m more space downwards than shown on this plan. Therefore, on the right at the line, the 18.5m are not present but only 17.5m. However, that doesn't fit now because otherwise our building cannot be placed there due to the 6m minimum distance upwards and also, I think 5.5m is too oppressive. I can hardly buy a property now where 1m of his building stands on it, although according to the site plan that is not the case.

Good evening,

Even experts make mistakes by "eyeballing"; not every step actually corresponds to 1.00 m!

Even if it were 1.00 m less, where is the problem? The plot and building envelope are big enough, aren't they?!

Rhenish regards
