Plot Selection - The Agony of Choice

a new housing development is being created in our area.

The allocation is done by lottery and you can apply for 3 plots.

Which ones would you choose?

A small note: The plan is oriented to the north. A tram runs along the west side of the development and there are already buildings in the northeast. To the south, however, there is a nature reserve.

The question is also whether you a) want your desired plot absolutely uncompromisingly (jackpot) or none at all. Or b) want to maximize your chance of winning. Game theory. Most will want to start immediately, so apply for BA 1. So for b), BA 2 would be better. Since the sizes are different, it would also be important to know whether the largest plots are still within the budget or already significantly exceed the intended budget.

Then I choose a).

Budget does not play a decisive role, which means the size is not limited.

I am only concerned about the location.

So, for option a) I would probably say 8, 10, and 14 based on gut feeling. 1, 5, and 6 would be excluded for me because they are oddly shaped. 2 and 3 would certainly also work, but that has to be decided by the on-site feeling. 4 would be excluded due to the location, and 7 is rather small and framed somewhat strangely by 6. 11-13 would certainly be possible otherwise; are there any regulations regarding construction?

If anyone is still interested .. I would currently consider 5 or 6, if I understand correctly the development of these two pipe properties takes place via the narrow strips in the north over properties 4 and 7 and to the south the green strip towards the street.
