Plot in the new development area - which one to choose?

Dear Construction Forum

In the attached development plan, nine possible free building plots are marked with a black arrow. For the following reasons, I would prefer to choose plot No. 6:

[*]Far from the two access roads
[*]Only one road runs directly past the building plot

Are these considerations correct? What disadvantages would this plot have, especially compared to plot No. 23 or 29.

Many heartfelt thanks for any advice,
jjoschyy

Was your first post in the wrong forum and deleted? Well then: The three on the far right have a bad orientation if you like the evening sun. Numbers 5 and 7 are corner plots – you would have to shovel more snow and weed there. However, I find the location of number 7 very attractive for children (play street). Are the access roads selectable or fixed in one direction? Apparently not fixed. I personally don’t like the 2nd row so much. Many plots have more than 2 neighbors – this could cause trouble later (fence, hedges, enclosure). I don’t see the plots being located at the beginning of the access roads as a problem given this manageable selection. Rather an advantage: you don’t have to spend so long driving slowly at 30 km/h and can concentrate on playing children. Favorites: 6, 23 But I always say: you can put your little dream on any plot and be happy.

Unfortunately not 7. Then 6 it is.

... no. 6 probably has the least slope. Unfortunately, you have cut off some of the legend, including which usage templates would apply to the other properties.

I can see why these plots are still available. I would probably prefer the 6 and focus on the 3, because with the right house you get even more space and privacy on the unusually shaped, slightly larger plot, construction costs then at least +30% more than standard geometry. It also depends on the building regulations and the general terrain.

The 3 would be my personal favorite. My new dream house (in theory, since I have already built one and probably won’t do it again) exists in the sketchbook (I have many houses in the sketchbook ;) ) with a chocolate side that has the entrance area facing south and the garden facing west. And I like tapering plots because they reflect nature more than a rectangle. The tip can be very well suited as a parking space or planting area/background planting. The elevation in the west can also be wonderfully used for edge planting. It's nice that someone else also sees the potential of this plot :)
