Hmm, first of all, I think the staircase is too narrow and too steep. See also staircase layout examples in

Kitchen access .. always around the fireplace, that can get very tight. If the furnishing is done that way, it will also create many separated areas and no spaciousness.

Granny flat ... terrace exit from the living room is absolutely necessary. Redesign the bathroom, it is too narrow.

Upper floor - parents/bathroom/dressing room I find unfavorably arranged in relation to each other. The dressing room has little space for furniture, the path to the bathroom is long and everything always goes past the bed. Because of this, it gets tight past the bed and the dressing room is also too narrow at 188 cm.
