Unfortunately, we do not have the site plan yet. It is currently still with the surveyor.

you say basement but here it is mostly on ground level and that is the advantage if barrier-free.mhh, I somehow always find that strange.. - why should the parents actually want to live gladly and voluntarily in such a small basement apartment, like the janitor couple and the offspring reside upstairs?
