Are you still planning to have children? How many? At most 1? Or why the children's room with a children's bathroom? And then no bathtub for a toddler... have fun... you will still curse. If you can still fit a shower in your bathroom, then remove the shower in the guest WC and add that space to the wardrobe. I wouldn't like the ground floor as an owner at all. There are a few nice ideas, like the built-in wardrobe in the hallway in front of the private rooms, but that's about it. Why did your nephew and company want a bathtub? Take their experiences as a guide... they don't figure that out on their own. ;-)
