This concept - and the Deutsche Reihenhaus as its best-known (probably because largest) representative - is discussed here several times a year. The idea of the vertical condominium has apparently been appealing to so many interested parties for generations that providers permanently find their niche there.

If one is honest, as the OP writes, everyone probably made their very first thoughts - rose-colored .. The first thing is the plot of land, and a lot of time passes there already. What the prefabricated house consultants told us back then... 500k€ in Stuttgart is unfortunately completely unrealistic. The most important thing is probably the oft-written advice: Just don't sign anything.

I have a friend who lives in the Stuttgart commuter belt (Waiblingen). By now, land prices there (and not only there, e.g. also in Fildern) in good locations are entering the four-digit range. So 300 sqm of land = T€ 300. With T€ 500, there isn't much house left...
