Planning for the renovation costs

Looks quite bare. Interior doors - frames, door leaves, handles, mounting materials? Windows - handles, screws, sealing tape, possibly window sills? Laminate flooring - offcuts, impact sound insulation, skirting boards? Radiators - screws, pipes, connections?

Next up is tools. Do you have everything needed? Even if you only need a new drill bit or a few saw blades, that costs money. Don’t forget drop cloths and adhesive tape. Cleaning agents.

Imho this is too little. Door with side panel in new hardly exists for the price imho. If then white plastic, which you don’t want. x3 Windows only fit if it is the 1x1m standard from the Polish factory. I would rather calculate 500€ / window, then a transom, double sash and 3 instead of 2 panes are included. Heating is definitely too little for brand goods, double it. I would replace laminate with vinyl and spend a bit more. Painting supplies and co. are nonsense, put that properly per position. Bathroom you can set in own work imho even a bit cheaper. Although often the pipes also need to be done and laying tiles yourself very very rarely leads to a decent result. Overall still absolutely unrealistic.
