And what about 70? What about 75? It can happen quickly. Just the last 6 weeks in the circle of friends One slipped on ice at 75, injured knee, prognosis possibly walking with crutches in summer The next wakes up at 70 and suddenly cannot walk - rare nerve inflammation prognosis from limping to remaining paralyzed My uncle had wrist surgery, cannot carry anything and cannot drive a car. My aunt has a stomach problem and cannot bend over - Tata has a very fit couple around 70 problems Osteoarthritis, rheumatism and every step becomes agony

Good luck if it lasts that long. My father was like a tree at 64. Healthy, physically and mentally fit, with a lot of discipline and iron will, he was able to walk a few steps with a cane again on his 65th birthday.

Ok, thank you very much for the health forecasts. My parents want to go to the [UG] and due to the hillside location this is otherwise not possible. We need 2 garages and due to the rather narrow plot a barrier-free access is also not possible. I am still very interested in improvements to the interior planning! Thank you.

I believe the view itself, but how much of it still reaches the basement?

Update:

On the one hand, the ground floor was somewhat "organized" by the architect, on the other hand, a breakthrough was made, thus also enabling the option for later internal access.
For the attic, she sees no possibility for a plan change (except to keep the anteroom from the northern children's room).
Maybe someone still has "the idea"?
Wishing everyone a healthy and happy New Year!
