Well, the concept was probably that you already have something "tangible," but can still design a lot regarding the floor plan yourself. Allegedly, they searched for a long time for someone who could imagine that... The plot is small and did not offer much possibility to significantly vary the external dimensions. I bought walls, intermediate ceiling, and roof ;-) Yes, pipes and cables are now lying on the raw subfloor.

Floor plan design also means: non-load-bearing walls in lightweight construction and yet to be placed (?)

Yes, there are no load-bearing interior walls. However, they are still built (or correctly said, glued), 17.5 cm Ytong.
