Hello everyone,
we are currently also thinking about how and where things should be placed – at the moment, we want to put a carport on the driveway with an attached shed for the bicycles.
Furthermore, a greenhouse or a chicken coop should be placed on the driveway.
Additionally, a garden house/children’s playhouse should stand on the property (inside the inner black line) – we had thought about placing it on the right side of the plan at the boundary, as there is currently a rather ugly concrete wall there.
By the front door, we would like a platform that slopes slightly downward to the left side of the plan with a ramp to the ground level. Around the house there should be a gravel strip with a drainage pipe. Around that, a path should run – one to the entrance and one around the house to the terrace. Between the path to the entrance and the path around the house, we had considered maybe planting a hedge with a small gate. Around the property we had thought about cherry laurel hedges. The drawn hill is our excavation – we had thought about maybe just leaving it there and planting it :D
We are still a bit uncertain about the terrace – especially during the construction we will need to seek professional advice or do a lot of reading. At the moment, we tend towards paving everything. Recently, we saw the attached paving stones at the building material store.
The driveway is 5 meters wide and 30 meters long. The property is 25 meters by 30 meters.
