No, it is not - not even with a solid house ... not even with a low-budget provider.

The OP is from BW, you are from TH - you should definitely keep that apart; there are worlds of difference between the prices ;)

Certainly, construction costs in BW are higher than in TH, but an affordably planned solid house with standard equipment, gas condensing boiler, and separate trade contracts should just be feasible. After all, the OP mentioned a maximum of 120 sqm living space, not a minimum ;)

Ever heard of shoddy construction, ruin, and over-indebtedness? Or people who have to live on a construction site their entire lives because they ran out of money? So with some ideas about the price, I’m no longer surprised by the reports about it... :(

I just have to look at our new development area. There are inhabited but unplastered houses standing around for over a year. Well, that can't be good for anyone.
