Ask the developer where he places himself here. I would consider the red as a minimum for bedrooms - if not, then you should speak up right now.

It's really annoying, I just wanted to hear what experts or people familiar with this have to say. I will definitely test it next time I'm on the construction site.

I will do that, thank you very much!

Of course. You could have asked where the pipes would go. But that in 2020 the toilet is no longer in the yard and the fresh water tap is a hand pump well in the street, and electric light instead of carbide lamps: that really does not seriously require individual information! Any decent lawyer will not try to profit from your naivety. Of course, that has no chance, no matter how well the magistrate has had breakfast. There are people, tsk, tsk. *scratches head* And whoever orders custom furniture based on a shell construction plan also shortens "aus Summen" and writes "nämlich" with an "h" after the "ä". Honestly: baua!

Well, come on, I don't find that so obvious. This isn’t about the 2-3 cm of plaster you forget to subtract from the raw construction measurement, but about 20-25 cm! I can well understand that the foreign pipes coming through your own apartment are very surprising now. On the other hand, the own lines and pipes are also missing in the plan; that could have been noticed during the planning of the own bathrooms.

Fortunately, there are experts like you.
Unfortunately, ignorance is no excuse, so I will have to pay my dues.

I can understand that you are upset. As a layperson, you wouldn't think that ducts are installed somewhere. Unfortunately, most developers usually have some phrases in the contracts, something like "floor plan not binding" or, as you already said, "small changes possible," which is why you probably have little chance of getting the cancellation fees from the developer. Does this really have such serious consequences for the planned furnishing?
