This group of terms around "autarky" in photovoltaic systems is, in my opinion, one of the biggest marketing deceptions that sometimes exist in house construction.
As soon as there is a grid connection, and just 1 kWh passes through the meter from or into the grid, you are exactly one thing: namely, no longer autark.

That's true, with my system with a battery, the evaluation also correctly states: "self-sufficiency rate in %" or self-consumption (of the generated electricity) in kWh. But with Porsche, they also call the new 911 Cabriolet a "Timeless Machine." It's certainly not entirely accurate, but so what? Anyone who wants such a thing buys it anyway :-) just like the photovoltaic system. Nobody really needs it and it doesn't make you self-sufficient either, yet some people just want to have it. There are more pointless ways to burn your money than with photovoltaics or even photovoltaics with a battery...

System size: 8.04 kWp
Commissioning of the system: August 20, 2018
Place of residence: S-H
Heating: Air-to-water heat pump

Produced amount: 1420 kW
Self-consumption: 482 kW --> 18 %
Fed in: 938 kW

Self-consumption rate could be better. However, we really had poor winter months here in the north in terms of sunshine. Additionally, my unfavorable roof angle of 28°, which is suboptimal in winter with the low sun.
In November I had 99 kWh and December only 36 kWh....there, however, 92.3% self-consumption.

System with 9.9 kWp in 91xxx from 2017 Generated in 2018: 10780 kWh Autonomy rate 44% All without storage. Large consumers such as dishwasher and washing machine operate according to timer during expected sunshine hours.

System 6.24 kWp in 37339 East/West, unevenly distributed as the east side also gets a lot of south exposure Generated in 2018: 6.16 MWh Sold: 5.1 MWh 17.2% self-consumption rate Could be better, but unfortunately not all parties in the house consistently operate consumers when the sun is shining.

What kind of timer do you use for that?
A WLAN socket with an app?
