No. A very basic mechanical timer like the ones you can find in any hardware store. I typically have it turn on around noon and off in the late afternoon. I might adjust it a bit depending on the weather forecast.

Exactly. Although calling it programming for our machine is an exaggeration. It only has to turn a mechanical wheel. Old technology really has its advantages here. But of course, you can also indulge your playful side and do it via WLAN. The dishwasher itself has a timer. We also set it so that it runs around noon. It probably exists with new washing machines too.

Our washing machine also still has a dial ;-), but already the function "fertig in". Let's see if our dishwasher can do that too, it's newer, it should actually work.
