Paving works - What rights/warranty do I have?

Both compact and let it sit. Filled up in December 2017 and will be paved in spring 2019. The unevenness is slowly appearing, although it was well compacted. However, we filled up about 120 cm in front of the garage.

That's certainly a lot. Probably the only solution is to fill and compact in layers. But soil can also be quite unpredictable...

Was really compacted properly, not just with a vibrating plate, but it can still settle by up to 5 cm in height.

An unevenness annoys you forever and we enter the garage whether it is paved or not.
