There were 2 old ladies. One has now presumably died from vaccine damage. The other has a brain tumor and is facing deportation to a nursing home.

The two ladies here aren't that old to mention future orientations here ;) Sorry, it's a joke :D Since apparently everything here was measured before the house construction, I think you are now complicating everything more than it actually is. You can read a lot between the lines, and not only there.

Off topic: You apparently have a really exciting life. I find it highly interesting what you experience.

May I ask in which eastern federal states/state your properties are located? We are currently building in Saxony. Since it is a relatively new development area, about 15 years old, everything seems to be in order here. Nevertheless, we will re-measure now because of your post.

The new building areas have all been newly surveyed and the corresponding boundary points fixed. Old properties sometimes have a metal rod or a buried glass bottle as a boundary point. Not all cadasters have been newly surveyed or there are no geo points.

But as I said, with new building areas I wouldn’t worry too much.

But you can still order a measured plan from the cadastral office and measure it yourself. Or you have the boundary points and measure it that way. You can easily measure the size then. But it does make sense.

Yeah yeah, East Germans are really a terrible people :cool:. With posts like these, which also obviously show joy about the death and misery of neighbors.... well. Just because you have bad luck with your neighbors doesn't mean you have to tar everyone with the same brush.
