Parkett joints installed untidily? Defect or tolerance?

Please provide 1-2 overview shots. I do not know parquet without offset and it is not professionally done (unless the manufacturer allows it). The visual impression from the pictures is worn.

I would refuse to accept the parquet.

It is solid oak mosaic parquet, 8 mm, glued down - from the company Bembé.

Should it be laid like this strangely without offset? It looks weird .. Well, the joints.. No words
