Own work: Painting the house yourself after plastering

So my offers ranged between 8 and 9.50 €/sqm. That is quite affordable for BaWü.

The neighbor did that recently, for 2500 euros for about 400m2 including paint and scaffolding from the friendly Sprinter driver from the Middle East :) It looks good, which cheap paint was used I don't know, but that would be more important to me.

Hmm, it doesn't have to be cheap, our Middle Eastern guys who did it here used WeberSilicone resin facade white. Why? It's expensive, I ask. Yes, but boss, it covers immediately, once generously, done.

Thanks first of all to everyone. We have about 300 sqm of area (I roughly calculated). It must definitely not be cheap paint, and for warranty reasons we will probably buy it from painting companies that also plaster the facade. We'll see if the effort is even worthwhile in the end.

For 300 sqm without any special requests, you must calculate at least 2,500 euros net; as a rule, I would plan with 3,500 euros net.

Thanks to everyone. According to our exterior plastering company, we would save €2400 gross if we did it ourselves. The paint is very expensive, costs about €100 per bucket, we need 8 pieces. We will definitely do it ourselves.
