You still use a pen? You should pimp things up more over there than your salary :P *SCNR*

Sometimes your statements are unrealistic. If you bring home 3,200 net "normally" within work, it is more than decent. 5,200 (ok with hefty overtime) is top.

Also the fixing whether 15/20 or 26. These bank customers are smart and on the safe side. According to the Building Code, they can still cancel the loan after 10.5 years.

Typical Steffen

BTW: This rather shows how poorly a doctor earns - so much responsibility for a few bucks. I earn or get more per hour but significantly less per month. But I also have significantly more free time

What do you expect from someone with their salary, their house costs, .... You lose touch with normal amounts. Just as when building a house you sometimes lose sight of 100€ or 1000€. But back to the point: If the salary is quite secure and also remains at that level, I agree with Steffen, 500-600k€ are definitely achievable. We are in a similar range and it has worked quite well so far, by the way also with a large portion secured over 30 years.

Oh yes! You should see my wall. It's covered with adhesive foil so I always have a quick overview of the projects. And all around me are scribbled notes for my brainwaves

The rest runs on bits and bytes. But enough off-topic.
