Sorry, but when I, as a layperson, see the wall construction of the thread starter, 17.5 cm aerated concrete + 14 cm thermal insulation composite system, I don’t have to be a clairvoyant to know that this building probably won’t even meet KfW 70 standards and will therefore be energetically absolutely outdated in 15-20 years! AND now please tell me, what do you do afterwards with such a facade? It’s not meant badly, but whoever wants to build cheaply and “backward,” should at least try to get a monolithic wall in order to still have the chance in years to insulate it with “low” effort, or am I seeing this completely wrong?
I am happy to be convinced, as I am just a layperson who has absolutely nothing to do with construction professionally and only tries to think logically. So don’t be OFFENDED
