Outdoor wall lamps simple and modern?

do you also find it difficult to find simple outdoor wall lamps that do not create a "triangle cone" on the facade? I just want simple but modern lamps that illuminate the entrances and exits in such a way that no one trips at night..

Does anyone know suppliers or maybe have names or pictures of such lamps? I mostly only find ones with triangle cones which I find terrible.
