Hello back, we have just gone through the kitchen situation again. Unfortunately, one often encounters what I consider to be dubious sales tactics, which usually make me want to quit immediately. Most recently, the kitchen store told me that if I don't decide today, the price will remain the same..... that was it for me, even though I might have bought it there or they wanted to sell me the kitchen without appliances, which were ridiculously overpriced. I really don't like all that nonsense with the "block billing" or a single price for a base cabinet being around 800€ or so, which is why I switched to Ikea for the last kitchen and am actually really convinced by it after moving. I see immediately and clearly what it costs and it really looks nice (sink etc. elsewhere). Nowadays, you can also implement many details affordably there; our current kitchen is really stylish and I specifically chose the appliances online according to my preferences (partly Siemens with a 5-year warranty...). Kitchen installation is reliably available on the open market. In your offer, Miele appliances etc. are listed separately, which already looks good. The layout is usually very individual; I don't like the staggered dishwasher and I don't like built-in refrigerators, but stainless steel because they are usually easier to operate. You can read something about the "manufacturer" here, I once read this book, after which some things become clearer. The price question is really hard to answer seriously because it depends on materials, fronts, pull-outs, etc., and especially there the kitchen business usually juggles so much that you can't see through it on the other side. And... I don't really like upper cabinets, they look a bit cramped here and the space underneath feels rather tight. Then handles, wood grain........I prefer it clearer with colors and shapes. But please, this is just an opinion.....and certainly no more than that!!!
