Hello,
I don't find the living room width quite optimal. With 4 meters width, you already have problems with the living room furniture, especially if there are floor-to-ceiling terrace windows and you want to go outside... but the door could be placed in the middle. Acquaintances have a similar living room with 4 m width and it would be more optimal if they had 50 cm more. With wider living rooms you have more options to place the furniture set.
The toilet in the bathroom by the window could be a bit disturbing... (but it doesn't have to be).
In the utility room, I would avoid large windows and doors as much as possible. You waste valuable space that you will urgently need later!
I would place the window in Child 1's room a bit more centrally, so it doesn't disappear behind the wardrobe when you enter the room-> more options for furniture placement.
