Alternatively, I would get more offers for the kitchen (with handles). You won’t find a kitchen anywhere more expensive than in the "Küchenstudio."

I have now exercised this with three kitchens and each time the same (Nolte) kitchen at the Küchenstudio was 4-6 thousand euros more expensive. (For kitchens between 8 and 18 thousand)

Cheaper were always (sorted by final price descending):

Large furniture stores with a kitchen department
Interior designer/-architect
Small furniture store

Bargaining assumed in each case. The smaller the shop, the more likely you can also negotiate "deals." Obtain electrical appliances yourself, etc.

Renegotiate. A friend of mine was at the kitchen studio. Budget given, everything chosen together, offer twice as expensive as the budget. Then the seller said, but you chose all of this yourselves... Renegotiated, haggled, etc. Then this discount was brought out and something was done here and there, and suddenly, the price was much lower...

They stated their budget, then were asked how often they cook, what they do, etc., and then suitable appliances and cabinets were selected that made sense and fit the budget. No discounts, no haggling or anything like you know from furniture stores or kitchen studios.

Hello, I went to 6-7 kitchen stores and received offers everywhere. I found Höffner rather cheeky, who despite the birthday discount (2000 euros) and goodwill from the boss (500 euros if I sign today) were still 1000 euros more expensive than the now favored kitchen studio. However, they also pushed with "price only valid until day x," yesterday was day x plus 14... And the price still applies. But I signed yesterday and am satisfied in the end. The potential to go lower was not that great, since our kitchen costs less than 5000 euros. But the thing with the handles still bothered me. Best regards, Steffi.

Buying a kitchen is always associated with this amateurish drama about alleged birthday discounts, boss discounts (I’ll go have a smoke and afterwards the offer is cheaper). As a result, a lot of time is wasted on both sides and in the end you still feel cheated. That’s why we like Ikea. Clear product, clear price. But of course it has to look good and Ikea doesn’t offer every frill.
