Order numbers FÖRVARA rails?

Hello!

I recently bought some Förvara drawers in the bargain bin, and the matching rails were supposedly ordered for me through the order service. They arrived today, but unfortunately, they are the rails for the Maximera drawers. Those are great, but not useful to me at all...

The order number is also listed in the MAXIMERA manual, but unfortunately, I can’t find one in the FÖRVARA manual. Does anyone know it or am I overlooking it somewhere?

Hello. Yesterday I bought a packaged, sealed FÖRVARA drawer in the clearance section and just noticed that both screws and – much worse – AGAIN the rails are missing. These rails cannot be ordered separately, as I have unfortunately found out by now, and I don’t know why Ikea puts incomplete drawers in the clearance section. Now I have already bought THREE unusable FÖRVARA drawers, which means wasted money instead of saving. I know that clearance items usually have no return policy... but what if these items are not usable at all? Especially with the drawer completely packaged in its own box(!), I naturally assumed that everything was included (I couldn’t exactly open it before buying, right?!). Do you have experience with such cases? I’m really frustrated right now...

Hello, go to customer service and try to return them. You had to assume that the content is complete and beforehand you were also incorrectly informed. The annoying thing is always, even if you are right, a retailer can make you run around because they know you won't sue for it and don't even really have a chance to sue. If the packaging has already been opened, I always check the contents, even if it is not from the clearance section.

It worked! o/ Managed to return everything.

IKEA Südkreuz: Three-quarters of an hour discussion, several employees involved, three signatures given and had to hand over a copy of ID. Big "KULANZ" stamp on the receipt. Still did not accept the 3rd drawer from the "foreign" furniture store.

IKEA Lichtenberg for the 3rd drawer: "Sure, no problem, after all, the mistake is on our side." As often in this store, had clearly more positive experiences. <3

Now I was able to snag three MAXIMERA in the bargain bin and am happy. :3 It was a bit more expensive, but still okay with 30% discount.
