Behind this "mentality" there is partly also strategy! The neighbors are to be driven away in order to obtain houses for one's own compatriots.

Maybe I am too pessimistic, but that is the only option I see. It will not get better. From my point of view, there is rather the risk that even more people with this "mentality" will move into the area and your house will lose more and more value as a result. Please move out before you only get a fraction of the value for your house because of the "differences in mentality." The forum supports you with your new build or your new existing property.

I wouldn't have assumed that it's deliberate tactics, but it would definitely work on me.

Yes, we already have plenty of this mentality here. It works for a while after a warning and then it starts again. They don't have a party with music or anything. They talk to each other. But apparently, you can't do that quietly in that language. It's always very loud. Even when the children are outside at night, they are as loud as during the day. That includes screaming, hysterical crying out of anger (or tiredness), etc. Other neighbors, well, one takes out their hearing aid, another is a severely handicapped patient, the others think it's better not to say anything and then the same mentality occurs. Two houses down, some people from the country [Land] are moving in now. Maybe we'll have better luck with them. Opposite live some people from [Land] too, but completely normal.

S-trains at least don’t screech *SCNR* By the way: the mentality "argument" can be refuted. The police now have several colleagues with a "migration background" who are sometimes even proficient enough in the country of origin’s language to tell the "bros" not only in German that they’re talking nonsense and that nowhere in the Quran etc. does it say anything about "party all night."
