Hello,
we want to start the house building project. After many questions and considerations, we have now decided on a location. Currently, 2 building plots are still available. I would prefer one of them, as the other is larger but the terrace faces north.
I have attached a few screenshots. We have already viewed the property. The size of about 829 m2 is sufficient, but in my opinion, there is a catch, namely a hall on the other side of the access road. The house is set back to the rear, the garden would be in the front, facing the street. That means, unless we sit/look slightly to the left, we would always be looking at this hall. We would like a corner plot, so that would be perfect. The road to the right does not bother much either, as the plot is somewhat elevated there.
I just want to get some opinions, criticisms, considerations. A big advantage I see is that there can be no annoying neighbors opposite, although even from the 2nd floor we probably won’t be able to look over it. I would place the bedrooms and living-dining room to the back or side. On this side would be the bathroom, kitchen, guest toilet, and utility room.
The plot would be number 8
Thank you
Best regards
Sandra
