Perhaps just briefly on the topic of children: As mentioned, the children's rooms were planned a bit small in the first draft (target is about 15 m2). Furthermore, on the ground floor (facing north; not visible in the screenshot) there is a 23 m2 play or sports room for the whole family. Additionally, it is realistic that especially in the first few years, learning together or doing homework together will take place. Therefore, there is also a 16 m2 work and study room on the ground floor, and the kitchen/dining/living area with 63 m2 belongs to all of us. So for me, not an issue!

I think you only start thinking about things like that when you have too much money for the house.

Well, this is the happy situation we find ourselves in. Since we are not making a basement, a small exercise room is coming into the ground floor (some people just have this in the basement) and there are even supposed to be people who set up a small office at home...
