Offer pellet boiler with domestic hot water heat pump

I have received an offer for a pellet boiler with domestic hot water heat pump and wanted to find out if anyone has a comparison price for such a combination. The heating system will be connected to a underfloor distributor in the same room. Material and installation costs seem quite high to me.

- Windhager pellet boiler BWE102SL Bio Win Exclusive - 3.0 - 9.9 KW = €8,430.00
- Windhager domestic hot water heat pump AWA270 AquaWin Air 2 KW = €2,222.00
- Material = €5,298.00 (of which: wall distributor €926.00, commissioning €510.00)
- Delivery, installation, connection to underfloor distributor, flat rate = €2,047.00

Why do you combine a pellet boiler with a heat pump?
Which heat source is used there?

First of all, thank you for the information!
The domestic hot water heat pump was recommended to me both by the manufacturer and by 2 heating companies, and was considered good.
My construction project is a bungalow Kfw 70 - log beam composite wall, 117 m2 for 2 persons.
The heat pump is operated by the heating system in winter and with electricity in summer.

Other combinations would hardly be cost-effective in relation to the investment.
If you have no idea, it's hard to assess.

New building with underfloor heating>low flow temperature
Biomass boiler >high flow temperature>buffer tank
why not just use a hygiene tank for domestic hot water
Additional costs well below 2222€
This could then be sensibly supplemented at any time with an optional solar heat exchanger.

I did not understand the part about winter, the heating, summer and electricity.
