Offer costs for heat pump and underfloor heating

The surcharge for closer laying of the underfloor heating pipe should be between 500€ and a maximum of 1000€.

The heat pump alone costs about 8000-10,000, but that would already be outrageously expensive.

Commissioning costs around 1000 to 1500.

Layered storage tank is rubbish and only hides a botched hydraulic system. Unless you have a second heat source like solar or a wood-burning stove.

A gas boiler costs about 5000-6000.

Just from gut feeling, you want a different heating installer who understands something about heat pumps.

So I still have to break down the components individually. The price of €28,000 includes the underfloor heating. The €13,000 only applies if I don’t use a heat pump. But this would mean that I would need an additional gas tank besides the gas heating, which I do not want.

Regarding the layered storage tank, there is an additional heat source, namely a solar thermal system, which is already included in the price.

Sorry, I hadn't read the part about the "L"WWP. Then it also seems a bit expensive to me BUT I don't know the exact scope of what is included, omitted, or God knows what in which variant...

This also seems to be a popular trick, to make everything look as complicated as possible.

Here is the air-water heat pump including underfloor heating and decentralized supply air (still: wtf!), there the gas heating without underfloor heating, but that costs extra. However, the controlled residential ventilation, not decentralized, is included, as well as the solar thermal system and a gas tank?!?.

What happens to the solar thermal system with the air-water heat pump? That doesn’t make any sense then. Both systems (air-water heat pump + ST) work great on their own if you don't need them in summer. And in winter, both systems struggle in their own way...

So, individual prices per module, and then you can also compare. Otherwise, in the end, you don't even know what you ordered at what price and how.

Solar thermal has no justification with an air-water heat pump anymore and should be removed. It is needed with a gas/oil system to achieve the required factor of renewable energy. Have a domestic hot water circuit with 200 or 300 liters installed and throw out the layered storage tank.
