Hello
In 2006/2007 we bought a single-family house from Oa.sys Holzbau from Alberschwende, Vorarlberg and had it built in Vienna. The entire process was a catastrophe. I will just list the highlights: delay in completion by 6 months, wrong boiler, leaking roof, no safety valve on the heating system--- every defect had to be reported several times and threatened with a lawyer, otherwise Mr. Siegfried Kohler did not take us seriously. No safety glass where there was a risk of falling from large window panes. Poor subcontractors who unintentionally destroyed each other's work, etc...
We currently still have the problem that Oa.sys Velfac installed 200 windows for us that have a cold frame and are absolutely unsuitable for alpine regions, as severe condensation occurs already below 4 degrees. Although Mr. Siegfried Kohler acknowledged the defect, he does not want to find a compromise to help us.
Another project in Burgenland and our architect have the same problem.
If you also have problems with Velfac 200 windows, please write to me too!!!
Best regards from Vienna
