Hello everyone,
we have concluded a loan (440k €) contract. According to the offer from the bank, the effective interest in the calculation is about 830€ land charge registration fee.
Yesterday we received the invoice from the notary. It is:
- ~830€ land charge registration
- 250€ execution fee (generation of structure data XML file)
- another 250€ execution fee for other notarizations
The total invoice proudly amounts to 1638€.
We are building in BW, I got the land directly from the city (building obligation, repurchase right...)
Are the costs correct?
Why didn’t the bank tell us this amount?
We are aware that the fees can vary. But 50% more seems excessive to us.
