I think this is a special case because it is the parental company. Who tells the bank that it is not a favor, and that you are only employed there until the signature. I don’t want to accuse anything, but I think the bank thinks the same.

yes, that may be true, but I think it's unfair because I really want to stay here and if they think like that, which I do believe, then they don't gain anything from seeing that my parents are doing well financially, right? it could still be that I leave again. I find it unfair because exactly 2 months ago the bhw said they wanted to see two pay slips and two salary deposits, they have that now and now they want even more.... who knows what else they will come up with....

So for me, they are out of the running. As I said, two months ago we were already at BHW, they said once my money had arrived twice, then it could start... and now again something like this, and back then they took 5 weeks to tell us that they would only do it in 2 months. We are now sincerely hoping for the other bank, where my parents will come on board for a few years, but they are happy to do that for us. I have already helped my parents a lot, we are just a family where one always helps the other if possible. Now the question is whether the bank will do it. She said if there are 40 thousand euros in security or equity, then they will do it. Now we have a house with an estimated market value of just under €300,000, this value was determined by the same bank a few years ago, but as I said, there are still €180,000 in debts on the house, but it should still be enough, right? Please share your opinions and experiences.

Don’t make the mistake of talking yourselves into thinking it’s all great! We are also thinking it over, we don’t have a large amount of equity but currently earn 4700 net per month. From summer at least 5000€. We are getting the plot of land as a gift. However, since it is very rural, the bank guy from our house bank doesn’t really want to give us much either - or only under bad conditions.

We are going to wait first before we throw ourselves into the construction project at all costs!

We have a 90% approval. Today the bank called. It is apparently just formalities left and a second employee has to give his okay, but the advisor said we can calmly celebrate our wedding next week, that would definitely go through, from his side everything is clear. We are so happy, even though there are really many pessimists here who only talk everything down. We are so happy.

Hello,

As much as I can understand your feelings, do yourself a favor and don't rejoice too early; people have certainly seen horses puke in front of the pharmacy. What if the second employee had a bad night or otherwise appears frustrated at work? Even at a bank, only humans work!

The HBF is not a wish concert - if you expect answers that reflect your desires, you are in the wrong place here! Besides, I find this reply quite selfish, considering the effort the users here have made with you and your question

Kind regards
