Hello everyone,
I would like to get opinions regarding the purchase of a newly built solid single-family house in 76831 Impflingen near Landau in the Palatinate. It is a first occupation of the property.
I would be very grateful for opinions, as this is my first property purchase for personal use ever.

- 185m² plot; the garden area is therefore rather limited with the terrace, but that suits us

Honestly, I can hardly make sense of the above numbers from the energy certificate. What do you think of this and what can really be said about the energy quality of the constructed building?
