Infrared heating is basically 1:1 heat from electricity. If you perhaps moderately get 3.5 heat from 1 electricity with the heat pump, the heating electricity costs will already be roughly cut by two-thirds compared to your old home. In fact, I rather calculate about 2,000 kWh for heating including hot water for you. And if it ends up being 2,500 kWh, it really doesn't matter.

In my opinion, the price is okay as far as it goes. How long has it been on the market? Model year 2023 sounds like a bit longer.
