Actually, the existing child should inherit before the parents, right? However, it probably cannot do so as long as it is a minor and there are still debts, since this cannot correspond to the child's welfare and it would not be able to cover such liabilities anyway (at least that's what I think, having read it somewhere).

Hm... also possible. But something like that has to be regulated in any case in my opinion. If it is like that - as you already say - there is still a big pile of debt. Hopefully the two have come up with something!

For some here, I may be an old man with quirky views, but this is how I think. If you love each other, even have children brought into the world, then you can also get married. That has been done since times long before Christ. This is neither new nor untested. Marriage means, now let's leave out special cases like business succession and such, mine is also yours vice versa. Marriage means standing up for each other in good times and bad. Yes, if possible, until death do us part. And even then love does not end and since it usually outlives him, it will bury him with dignity, he will have made provisions for her, and then she can still do a few nice bus tours with the church or Red Cross for a few years. you wrote that nicely, however, I believe that couples nowadays separate much faster in difficult times than was the case in the past.

Best regards

Sure, that's the Amazon mentality. Buy and return.
