The contractor has been in contact with the authorities the whole time. Immediately after the building permit, the construction road is to start, then tree felling and earthworks.

I will only believe it when they start. The problem is the authorities. Recently, they left our documents untouched for 3 weeks because they were filed incorrectly. Afterwards, the processor was on vacation for 2 weeks. A dream. It's now been 6 months since the building application...

And because that is so unpredictable, no one can tell me that a general contractor would request approval immediately after authorization. At most, they begin the detailed planning.

For us, the authorities are the fastest!

Building permit in 9 days.

Contaminated sites, building encumbrances etc. all in 1-3 days.

Application for construction site crossing sent on Saturday, approval was received by email on Tuesday and by post on Wednesday.

Probably this is too fast for our general contractor or they also expected longer waiting times.. who knows..

Not at all. We've been working with the authorities for a long time. And we ask weekly. In the end (2 weeks before) you get a date confirmation. Then planning for the construction access road begins immediately.
