I have also created a rough sketch again. I hope it can be recognized reasonably well. Once as a cross-section and once from above (Note: rotated 90 degrees compared to the floor plan from the initial post).

I am curious about the plan from the kitchen studio. Where should the dishwasher go? The shut-off and measuring device must be kept clear.

The dishwasher will be located to the right of the sink and thus directly next to the new water connection. The new water pipe runs behind it, which should not be a problem due to the excess length.

The angle valves should be removed from their current position, the water pipe extended, and then reinstalled in the new position under the sink. They will then be accessible in the right sink cabinet under the sink in case the water needs to be turned off.

The shut-off & measuring device will be located exactly in the middle behind the left of the three 50 cm carcasses. The drawers can be removed here so that the water levels can be read or the water can be turned off.

OK. Thanks, I have understood it so far. Visually, I don't find it nice to go only halfway up. I would rather go up to the windowsill and then install a deeper shelf that extends over the 2nd kitchen row, as a shelf.

You should have this visualized by the kitchen studio.

Without wall cabinets?

I think the whole thing is probably a matter of taste visually. We also initially considered extending it completely upwards, but in the kitchen builder’s example picture, the half-height version looked very discreet, which is why we are currently leaning more towards that.

Recessed wall cabinets are present above the 50 cm cabinets, but I left them out of the drawing since they have no impact on the water installation. A visualization already exists, but it is only in the hands of the kitchen builder (The kitchen studios including furniture stores are very strict about this, visualizations are not released before the order is finalized).

Would the sketched water installation be feasible in your opinion? I would assume that a plumber can simply shorten an existing pipe? (This would be necessary for the hot water pipe).

My tip ... the two tall cabinets next to each other, so refrigerator, then the special cabinet with the dishwasher below and the oven above. And then towards the window the base cabinets with wall cabinets.

At a maximum width of 290 cm, the two towers on the right and left with the relatively narrow gap look a bit odd. So, definitely have it visualized as well.
