New construction with sand-lime brick + ETICS - Criticism?!

Rock wool, on the other hand, has a positive effect – that's what we are currently planning. Additional material costs for the entire house compared to EPS are 800 EUR and thus manageable.

I'm curious:
how do you come up with only 800 € additional costs for the material? I quickly found the sqm of 160 EPS for around 13 €, for mineral wool about 29 €. Plus there are the dowels for the mineral wool. Even the slat boards, which apparently don't need to be doweled, still cost around 26 € /sqm.

Do you have so little exterior wall? We would roughly need about 200 sqm of exterior wall and the plasterer quoted me additional costs of around 40 € per sqm. So the matter was settled quickly...

In the cost comparison, "Oberputz" appears in both variants. I don't know exactly how it is constructed.


We received the price information like this. I don't have quantities and square meter prices on hand at the moment, but the surcharge per square meter was manageable and not in the realm of "double the price."
