If such amounts count as equity, they are available. I thought it was about higher sums. 15000 are there..

We moved into an apartment 7 months ago that had to be almost completely renovated. Of course, money went into that as well. We don't live extravagantly, so we don't waste money senselessly.

Nobody else has to know where the money went. It's always just the big moralists around here who think that accumulating money is a superior human trait. You don't have to justify yourself.

I think a 1000€ installment should be quite manageable for you.

Well, we actually have the same income as the OP but have now accumulated almost 120k in equity. And almost all of it through our own efforts. At 28 and 33, we are also a few years younger.

You should look a bit ahead if your financial means allow it.

Given the income, I also believe that 1000€ should easily be possible if you can handle money reasonably disciplined.

The question is what you get for a 1000 euro installment.

What also makes me suspicious are the contradictory statements: 4000 euros left, and then somewhere else 2800 euros left. So what is it now?

Maybe you should first develop a sense of cost awareness and at least read the two pinned threads in .

I unfortunately did not describe it correctly. We have €4000 net on the payslip. When we deduct all insurances, groceries, car, mobile phone, telephone, building savings,... approximately an amount of €2800 remains. I do not want any financial advice or similar here either. We will have a bank appointment sometime, just a simple opinion...
