I think the version by is really good, also the note about limiting the boxing of the shower wall to 2.1m! In my opinion, you can't get much more out of an 11m².

I like the bathroom in the photo! Whether it is practical though...?
But: with the house of , it will be a conventional house with a gable roof, and the windows on the upper floor will be standard windows, which will have a maximum width of 100 cm RBM. Aside from the fact that I personally am absolutely not a fan of the floor-to-ceiling narrow windows on the upper floor with a sloping roof, since narrow windows let in less light than wide ones, the effect or impression like in the photo will not be achievable.
Therefore, I advise to fundamentally reconsider the windows, because the possibility to move freely on the upper floor will be strongly restricted by omitting the parapet.

If the neighbor is so close, I probably wouldn’t make a floor-to-ceiling window either. Or else use frosted glass or similar at the bottom. But then it’s no longer a standard window; just like a wide band of light isn’t...

Well, I’m of the opinion anyway that standard is usually cheaper but by no means always good. This is another case that calls for an individual (and therefore probably somewhat more expensive) solution.

What about the bathroom enlargement I mentioned at the expense of the master bedroom? I would strongly recommend that. Besides the window issue. Then you would also have a bit more design options and especially more space to move around.

3.20 x 3.50 I find sufficient, 3.20 in width absolutely acceptable. More becomes uncomfortable, unless you want to turn the bathroom into an adventure landscape. However, I also do not see that the bathroom feels claustrophobic, as TE suggests. Tiles can be omitted entirely in some areas or half-height, walls then white, possibly lighter and more durable floor than shown - several people would have space in the bathroom at the same time :)

The bathroom would be too small for me. Especially with 4 people who might all be bustling around in the morning.

We had 10sqm at home, but no separate shower. When all four of us were in the bathroom together, it was rather cozy. Especially when my brother and I were fully grown
