Hello everyone,
I have a question about the neighbor's construction project. It involves a larger multi-family residential development. They have their house connections on the other side facing the street. At the back towards us, there are two dead-end streets. There are no lines in the dead-end streets because the pipeline plan explicitly states "no property connections from dead-end street". Their house connection is on the front side where the underground garage is. Now they want to tear up the entire dead-end street (about 20 m) and connect a gas pipeline from "above". To be honest, I don't want that and I don't see why the whole street should become a patchwork and why I should now have a gas pipeline lying next to me that was not originally planned. Do I have any way to prevent this at all? Is the pipeline plan binding?
