If you don't have a use for the basement yet, then just do nothing for now.

The access to the residential building could be established directly, but everything else can wait. Otherwise, the same thing will happen to you as with the well: You make changes that you later want to do differently.

Hello

In the climate cellar, fruit and vegetables are stored. Mine is 360cm below the cellar floor. 450 x 480cm. Approximately 240cm high. Cool in summer, frost-free in winter. All self-built (with permission, architect and structural engineer). Has cost me about 14,000 euros so far.

With a wink to whisky: Who actually drinks alcohol. Whisky is diluted from cask strength to 40-48% alcohol content. So most of it is not alcohol and it tastes good.
I also don't eat butter but butter cookies.

So first of all, you can dig up the well again. And right away you end up at a sauna with a Kneipp therapy pool. The rest is perfect as a vegetable storage if it's a damp cellar. I could also think of a mushroom cultivation facility.
