Hello,
I have a toilet where the cistern is concealed in the wall, and now the water is constantly running, and I don't know how to fix it. Because I can't get to the water tank! Can I descale it or how else could the problem be solved? Thanks for your tips, I hope someone knows!?

Hi, you can first try descaling, there are products in the hardware store that you put in the cistern overnight and that are supposed to dissolve the limescale. Unfortunately, with cisterns that are built into the wall, it is not so easy to take the parts out and remove the limescale by hand. If it doesn't work, you have to call the plumber.

Hi, I currently have the same problem and I hoped someone here would write something I haven't already tried. Today I want to take apart the flush and see what can be done. If I don't flood my place, I'll get back to you whether it worked or not, see you soon!!

In my experience, this can only be fixed by taking the flush apart and cleaning it. Often it is just a speck of limescale stuck somewhere that causes the water to run constantly. This should be fixed quickly because it is a waste of water!
