What ceiling heights do you have at TH 5.50 and two full floors?

raw 2.65
2 VG are possible, but we will probably build with a knee wall 1.50.

Interior kitchen wall protrudes into the door from the hallway, which is probably annoying. There is little space in the hallway, as it is mostly stairs. If you extend the interior kitchen wall, you will have a nice hallway with space for the wardrobe. A double door to the living area would certainly look very good then.

Clear structural height 2.65 is very tight, leaving less than 2.50 in the end. We built with TH 4.50 with a knee wall of 1.0m and now, after installation of the screed, approximately 2.70 room height in EG and OG. I would do it the same way again.

The length of the wall is still variable (just like everything else). We only wanted a separation to the kitchen. The foyer near the stairs or the stairwell can also be adjusted in size. On the ground floor, we will only keep the jackets we currently need. Everything else goes to the basement. We want to use as much space as possible and invest little in any hallways.
